Humana Insurance Company also offers Dental Insurance Plans designed to meet your specific needs. They have a variety of affordable coverage options.
Preventive Plus Plan
This plan is their lowest premium plan option and covers services most often used. There are no waiting periods on Preventive Services and 6 month waiting periods for Basic Services.
Periodontics, Crowns, Implants, and Dentures are typically not covered on this particular plan.
Loyalty Plus Plan
This plan offers increasing benefits from plan years one to three. These increasing benefits include paying less out-of-pocket for services like fillings, root canals, crowns, and other services; an increase in plan year annual maximums; a one-time deductible for as long as you are on the plan; and no copayments or no waiting periods. This plan also pays the same percentage on services in and out of network.
